Shipping information:

At K9 TOP COAT customer service is our highest priority- right behind the number 1 goal of having the best quality dog apparel on the planet. We use UPS or the US Postal service for shipping your order. We can usually fill orders within 12 hours, we also offer Next Day Air and Second Day Air via UPS. Orders must be received by 12 noon Pacific time to be filled the same business day. Weekends do not qualify as business days. Orders with personalized (monogrammed) items may delay shipping up to 5 business days. Orders with custom (altered or screenprinted) items may delay shipping up to 10 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or when our office is closed, are fulfilled the next business day.

International Shipping:

K9 TOP COAT is happy to ship your order outside the United States. Or, please refer to our list of retailers that carry our garments in Europe and Canada. International shipments are typically shipped out within 2 business days, but may be delayed up to 5 business days.

International shipping options include United Parcel Service Express and Expedited (more expensive--but trackable), or the US Postal Services Global Express or Priority Mail (less expensive--but a bit slower and not trackable).
