USA shipping information:
At K9 TOP COAT customer service is our highest priority- right behind the number 1 goal of having the best quality dog apparel on the planet. We use UPS for shipping your order. We can usually fill USA orders within 12 hours and can ship the same or next business day. We do offer next day and second day service via UPS (excludes holidays and weekends). Orders must be received by 12 noon Pacific time to be filled the same day. Please note that monogramming may delay your order up to 4 business days.
International shipping information:
K9 TOP COAT is happy to ship your order outside the United States. Or, please refer to our list of retailers that carry our garments in Europe and Canada. We use USPS for shipping your order. **International orders are shipped out on Thursdays or Fridays only. Orders received after 12 noon Pacific time on Thursday will be filled the following week. Please note that monogramming may delay your order up to 4 business days.
International shipping options include United Parcel Service Global Express (more expensive--but trackable), or the US Postal Service Priority Mail (less expensive--but a bit slower and not trackable).
