USA shipping information:
At K9 TOP COAT customer service is our highest priority- right behind the number 1 goal of having the best quality dog apparel on the planet. We use UPS for shipping your order. We can usually fill USA orders within 12 hours and can ship the same or next business day. We do offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air service via UPS (excludes holidays and weekends). Orders must be received by 8 AM Pacific time to be guaranteed to be filled the same business day.
International shipping information:
K9 TOP COAT is happy to ship your order outside the United States. We use USPS for shipping your order. We can usually ship international orders within 2 business days of receiving the order.
International shipping options include United Parcel Service Global Express (more expensive--but trackable), or the US Postal Service Priority Mail (less expensive--but a bit slower and not as trackable).
