Exchanging a K9 TOP COAT is as easy as 1,2,3. One- Call us at 888-833-5959 within 30 days of receipt of your order to receive your Exchange Authorization Code. Two- We will ship your new garment ASAP (free USPS or UPS Ground shipping within USA). Three- Send back the original garment along with the Exchange/Return form provided with your purchase. It is that simple*.
Returns:
We are confident that you will be impressed with our outstanding quality and state of the art designs. However, if you are not completely satisfied you may return your K9 TOP COAT for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund* (less s/h). The garment must be in resellable condition and accompanied by the Exchange/Returns form provided with your Purchase. You must also call our office at 888-833-5959 for your Return Authorization Code before returning your K9 Top Coat. Please note that it can take up to 14 business days upon receiving item for us to process your return.
Seconds/Exchanges:
Due to the extremely low price of the Seconds products, there will be a 50% restocking fee on all returned Seconds. We will waive the restocking fee for exchanged Seconds, however shipping fees still apply.
*Garment Condition requirements:
In order for us to accept returned coats, the K9 Top Coat must be in re-sellable condition, i.e., free of odor and excessive fur, and have no tears, patches, stains or blemishes. Altered, personalized, or customized garments are not returnable. |
